Bangloose got his Hit Single "Grey Goose" Spinin' on various radio stations on the west coast and international with a full length album "Ratz & Roachz" in the works , Krys Ivory is set to release her debut mixtape "Ask about me" in march with a major album release party that is going to be announced here soon.

TIMZ is on an intense mission to help Americans understand that Chaldeans, who are Catholic by faith, date back to Iraq since the ancient times of Mesopotamia and the flourishing times of Babylon. “The only remnants from that Iraq and the Iraq that we see now are the rivers. “That’s it, everything else has changed,” he says.

“They lump us into one big group of Bin Ladens and Saddam Husseins walking around. After 9/11, a few people came into my dad’s liquor store and gave him a hard time. But we’re hard working people who love this country.”

While TIMZ—a recent graduate of University San Diego-- has been the pride of his hometown’s 20,000 Chaldean community for years, the reaction to “Iraq” across the country is giving him some well deserved cred as a national artist.



Earlier in 2006, he and manager Alvin Shamoun, both principals in TIMZ’s independent label V.I.G. Productions, sent out CDs to 300 college stations across the country; within days, over 280 of those were putting the song into regular rotation. “Iraq” was #4 Most Added on the CMJ College Pop Radio Stations Chart, and hit #1 on 11 reporting stations everywhere from New York to California to Florida.

Daz and Kurupt started off the new year by releasing a new video off their upcoming Dogg Pound album called "Dogg Chit", which is set to drop independently in March. 


Bishop Lamont has been hard at work lately. He's been in the studio night and day recording music in preperation for an explosive 2007 for Aftermath. Bishop's debut "The Reformation" is currently scheduled for Summer of next year, with Dr. Dre's "DETOX" following in the Fall. In the meantime, fans can expect to hear Bishop on the mixtape "N****R Noize", hosted by DJ Skee. That mix-tape, in addition to a mix-tape called "The Pope-Mobile" will probably hit the streets by Spring of next year. With some possable changes coming up for The Math as well as the recent signing of Tiffany Villareal, Dr. Dre and Bishop Lamont will have thier hands full preparing for a new era of Aftermath and counting down to Bishop and Dre's respective 2007 releases! Bishop will soon be hitting the studio with Chris Martin from Coldplay and some other respected Urban artists. No guest artists have officially been confirmed, but planned sessions with Eminem and 50 Cent are in order. Production on the anticipated LP is expected to come from Dr. Dre, Battlecat, DJ Premier, The RZA, Damizza, Pete Rock and others.

DJ Skee's 1st Envy Expo went off without a hitch on Saturday (July 8), packing the Los Angeles Convention Center with more than 10,000 attendees, who trekked from all over Southern California to catch Game's first performance in his hometown in nearly a year.

After waiting all day, some since 8 a.m., fans finally got to see the Game perform around 6 p.m. on Saturday night after chants of "We want Game" filled the convention center.

The rapper performed fan favorites such as "Westside Story," "Higher," "Put You On The Game" and "How We Do," before responding to the recent attack of his character by G-Unit on their latest mixtape by DJ Whoo Kid called Hate It Or Love It, which depicts the Compton rapper as male stripper.

Needless to say, Game felt the need to respond.

"G-Unit got a new mixtape out, got me dressed up like a stripper, it looked kinda cute," Game told the crowd of fans. "But, the motherf---in' Game don't do no stripping. The Game will strip one of them f----- ass n----s butt naked and rob they punk ass."



He didn't stop there though. The rapper went on to deny accusations of ever wearing a tongue ring, as he helped start chants of "G-Unot," which echoed throughout. He also confirmed that his sophomore release, The Doctor's Advocate, is now slated for November 7th, with the first street single being "One Blood," which will hit radio later this month.

The event -- featuring performances from some of the West Coast's most promising acts (Mitchy Slick, G. Malone, Omar Cruz, Jay Rock and Damani) -- also showcased some of the hottest cars, the most expensive pair of Air Force Ones and a collection of blinged out jewelry for spectators to gawk at.

"I was proud to put on and be a part of such a historic event, where we brought together all cultures, sets, crews, and put together something so positive that isn't barred with the negativity the media always tries to convey as a part of our culture," DJ Skee told the press. "It was a great day and representation of west coast hip-hop, culture, and lifestyle."

According to Skee, the Envy Expo went so well that he is already working on ideas for the next event.

"I look forward to continuing to build and grow the Envy brand," Skee continued. "We are already working on how to top and expand Envy for the future!"
